One purchase grants access to two user accounts, typically for the couple planning the wedding.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Payment Terms

Amovera is offered as a one-time payment of $79 USD.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for purchased access.

6. Data and Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality provided by Amovera are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform, including guest lists, event details, notes, and any other content you create.

We do not claim any ownership rights to your wedding data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Amovera is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service ($79 USD).

We are not responsible for technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

You agree not to:

- Use the service for any unlawful purpose

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
